What to expect

A class, simply put.

No mirrors-full-of-strangers vibe. No having to know what you're doing. Just turn up.

Pick your time

Weekday mornings and afternoons. Multiple slots so it fits around the rest of your life — not the other way round.

ii.

Turn up to the gym

Comfy clothes, a water bottle, that's it. I provide everything else. Six to eight people in the room — never more.

iii.

Move, properly

One hour. Real cueing. Real corrections. The kind of class where I see you, know your name, and know what you're working on.

Questions, answered

Before you book.

Do I need to be flexible to start? +
No. That's literally what these classes help with. Showing up tight and stiff is fine — that's most people on day one.
I lift weights. Will Pilates clash with that? +
Opposite. Better core control means better lifts. Better mobility means fewer injuries. Pilates makes the rest of your training work harder, not lighter.
What if I miss a week on the membership? +
Life happens. Reply to me and we'll sort a make-up class that month — as long as there's a free space in another slot.
Can I switch class times week to week? +
Yes. Membership members can switch slots whenever they need to — just message me and I'll move you over if there's space.
What if I hate it? +
Try a £15 drop-in first. No commitment. If it's not for you, you've spent £15 and you know.
Will it actually change my body? +
Yes — if you turn up consistently. Once a week, every week, for 8 weeks. You'll feel the difference. Promise.

One hour a week
for you.

That's all this takes. The hardest part is the first class. After that, you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner.
